CCR Video The Beginning

Image
I finally finished my CCR Video and below you can watch it. As you can see I split it into four different parts so it could download easier, as a 12 minute video was much too long. Each video answers one of the CCR questions. I ran into multiple difficulties but I like the way it came out. I hope you do too, enjoy!

The Finale!

I'm so excited to finally present the final product. Below is the opening please enjoy!

Production Blog: Extra... Extraa

I am so excited to say that we're almost finished with our opening. The last touches are getting done and it's basically done. However, in this blog I'm going to talk about any extra updates from the past few days. There are a few things we came across. On the last blog, I talked about the news script and what I wrote. The plan was to do a voiceover on the video with the news script. The television in the background was going to be the source of the news. It was supposed to be blurred and that is when the voice over would come in as background noise. Fortunately, the news wasn't essential to the story and the opening is the same without it. It would have been a nice touch th

Production Blog: Breaking News!!

Hii! My group and I have the filming completed for our video. Today consisted of reviewing, editing, and coming up with a script for the background news voiceover.  I got my future plans in order as I was getting disordered about my plans. I wrote everything I needed to write down and I made a list of what I needed to do. Here, I also added extra homework and classwork from different classes so I can properly manage when I can get things done. When things are in order I feel much at ease and like I can work on my blogs stress free and I feel like that is the best mindset to work with. So this was something I felt like I had to do before getting started on my work. I worked on the script for the news. Since we have a thing going about the electrical bill being high, I was aiming for news about global warming and how it connects with rising electrical bills. I did some background research on global warming when I remembered something fits perfectly with what the opening is about.  In s

Production Blog: Fix This... And This... AND This

Hello!       Todays blog will be about getting an outside point of view for the opening sequence. The point of the film review is to understand how the audience may feel. Since I'm part of production, I'm not going to look at the opening with the same view as others. I went around the cafeteria on Friday and asked people for their opinions and I went to my sister and asked what she thought as well.       I tried asking people who didn't seem busy as lunch time is also time many do their own work or talk with friends and don't want to be disturbed. I looked for people I was acquainted with or familiar with. One of the many criticisms I got was that the cuts were choppy or the cuts were too noticeable. Someone even said, "It feels like I'm eating something but I'm never full." I'm not sure about the word choice but I can kind of understand what they meant. It was funny to me when I heard that. Another thing that was mentioned was that the staircase s
